Tender coconut–plantain–tulsi shake packs double punch
This Tender coconut–plantain–tulsi shake works well as a thirst quencher and a health drink at the same time. So drinking it will give you double the benefit every time.
- Tender coconut: 3 nos (take both the pulp and liquid)
- Plantain (Kadali pazham): 4 nos (peeled and finely chopped)
- Milk maid: 100 ml
- Tulsi leaves: 25 grams
- Sugar: As per requirement (optional)
Add the tender coconut pulp and water into a blender. Blitz it into a liquid. Add milk maid and mix well. Add sugar if needed. Add the finely chopped plantain and tulsi leaves. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes. Serve chilled.
