Kulfi is a favourite among food lovers. Even with the rain, that craving for kulfi will have to be satisfied. Check out the easy recipe for making rose flavoured kulfi.
- Milk – 2 cups
- Sugar – 3 table spoons
- Rose syrup – 3 table spoons
- Condensed milk – 2 table spoon
How to prepare
Boil 2 cups of milk and stir until it thickens. Add sugar and condensed milk into the milk and stir for 2-3 minutes. Let the mixture cool down to room temperature. Add rose syrup and stir it well. Pour the mixture into the kulfi mould and freeze for 8 hours. Tasty rose kulfi is ready.
(Place the kulfi mould in water for a minute to separate the kulfi easily.)
