This is a healthy and easy-to-make recipe at home.

Papaya cut into small pieces and refrigerated – 1 cup

Milk refrigerated and almost frozen – 1 ½ cup

Peppermint leaves – To taste

Condensed milk – ½ a tin


Grind the papaya pieces in the mixer. To this add peppermint leaves, condensed milk and again grind in the mixer. Add the frozen milk to this mixture and once more grind it.

Now pour into a glass and serve.
