Gooseberry is tasty and healthy. Here is a simple recipe that will help you boost your immunity and keep you cool at the same time.

Ingredients

  • Gooseberry: 3-4 nos (deseeded)
  • Ginger: 2 teaspoons (minced)
  • Water: 3 glasses
  • Sugar, honey, salt: As per requirement

Preparation

Throw in all the ingredients into a blender. Strain it and add one of salt, honey or sugar as per preference.
