Consuming fruits and fruit juices is very good for the body especially during the summer. Here is how to beat the blazing sun with ball grapes, one of the best varieties to make juice.
Ball grapes: ½ kilograms
Water: 2 cups
Sugar: As per requirement
In a large pan, boil the cleaned grapes. (Make sure not to boil the grapes for too long or else the grapes will disintegrate). As soon as the water is purple in colour and the grape skin peels off, take it off the heat and let it cool down to room temperature.
Separate the ball grapes and the purple liquid and refrigerate both. Once cold, the liquid can be served adding sugar (using a blender if required) as per taste and the separated ball grapes can be used as garnish.
