A simple mango smoothie to suffice your summer cravings
Mango is an amazingly refreshing sweet fruit available in surplus during the summers in Kerala. It’s used in its raw, ripe, as well as dried form in a wide variety of dishes. Sweet, sour, or savoury- whatever your mood is, a mango can suffice all your cravings. Let’s take a look at this super easy recipe using mango that would help you beat the summer heat.
For one serving:
Mango- 1 whole mango cut into small cubes
Yoghurt (unflavoured)- ½ cup
Ice cubes- based on individual requirement
Sugar- 3 to4 tbs based on individual requirement
Water- 1/4th of a cup.
Method of preparation
Mix all the above-mentioned ingredients into a blender. Blend it till all the cubes are gone. Add more sugar or water if required based on personal choice. Serve it in a huge mug. Enjoy your refreshing summer drink!
