Maida: 400 grams

Corn flour: 1 tablespoon

Salt: 1 pinch

Yeast: 2 teaspoons

Sugar: 6 tablespoons

Oil: For deep frying

Water: As per requirement


How to prepare

Mix all the ingredients into a dough in lukewarm water. Cover and let it raise for 2-3 hours. Once the dough raises, make small balls by hand or using a spoon and deep fry them in hot oil. Pour over date or sugar syrup before serving.
