From the time of the climb, you need to understand when the daylight hours end because the light is a major element in the up and down climb.

Climb

Try to climb the hill in a Zig-Zag style. Move the bodyweight towards the sloping side. At every 20-30 minutes, look up and down keeping in mind the height of the climb and how much you have conquered. Also, do not forget to take occasional breaks. Then just take a deep breath and try to relax the body. Do not drink water until the panting is over.

There should be someone with you even if you drop your journey halfway. Also, it is important not to avoid your shoes. Use the same zigzag way during the descent as well. Reduce excitement and slowly walk up and down.
