Kannur: Bookings are open for Kudumbashree's two-day tour package to Goa during the Onam holidays. The package offers three nights and two days in Goa.
The journey departs from Kannur on August 30 and arrives in Goa the next morning. Tourists are able to spend the first day exploring North Goa, Baga Beach, Anjuna Beach, Calangute Beach, and Fort Aguada. The second day of the tour includes South Goa, Miramar Beach, the Old Goa Church, and the Basilica of Bom Jesus.
The return journey begins on September 1 and arrives in Kannur the following morning. The travel package costs Rs 6050 per person and includes meals, accommodation, and sightseeing.
Aimed to provide a safe travel experience for women, Kudumbashree Mission launched 'The Traveller women tour enterprise'. So far, Kudumbashree has completed 11 tours.
