KSRTC TVM unit’s budget trips to witness Neelakurinji, cruise at Kochi, Alappuzha and much more

In view of the rush to witness the blooming Neelakurinji, Thiruvananthapuram KSRTC has decided to conduct tourist packages to Munnar, particularly Kallipara and Chathurangapara, where the flowers have blossomed in this season. KSRTC ensures the trip would be conducted at cheaper rates by offering better safety, the corporation said.

The one-day Munnar trip will start on October 29 night from the city and arrive back in the early morning on October 31.

A Kochi island visit has been scheduled on November 6, which would cover a boat trip to selected islands in Kochi, along with sightseeing at Fort Kochi and Mattancherry. The passengers can taste the delicious local dishes and a DJ party on the boat.

A trip, including a 5-hour voyage on the Nefertiti cruise ship in Kochi, is planned for November 15. Kumarakom houseboat trip and Alappuzha beach visit will be carried out on November 20, while Gavi and Panchalimedu trip is on November 27. Booking has started for the two-day Wayanad trip starting on December 27.

KSRTC has begun to organise excursions for school and college students also.
