Munnar trip from Irinjalakuda depot is also under consideration here.

Meanwhile, the Nelliyampathy and Malakkappara services ceased due to the third wave of Covid will resume again from Sunday.

With the surge in bookings for tourist services, Irinjalakuda depot has scheduled two buses for the Malakkapara trip and requested one more bus for the Nelliyampathy service. A small bus with 39 seats holds services to Nelliyampathy as the large buses make the hilltop trip difficult. Rs 680 is charged for a passenger. It includes breakfast, lunch and evening tea and snack. The trip will commence at 6.30 am and return by 8.30 pm. The Malakkapara service usually starts at 7 am from the depot and comes back at 7 pm.
