Kerala tourism department’s KTDC resorts announced a range of family-friendly relaxation packages available from May 15 to 31. Designed to combine skill development with a memorable vacation, these packages are offered at three locations: Waterscapes in Kumarakom, Aranya Nivas in Thekkady, and Periyar House.

The packages, spanning seven nights and eight days, are tailored for a couple and two children under 12 or three adults. Guests can enjoy comfortable accommodations with breakfast included, along with a plethora of skill development activities to engage in. From swimming and pottery to painting, cooking, and even acting, these activities are curated to foster creativity, promote learning, and facilitate personal growth, KTDC stated.

In addition to the skill training, participants will also have the opportunity to embark on free day tour and a boat trip. A special 20 per cent discount is offered on meals not included in the packages. For those who wish to extend their time at the resorts, extensions are available on a pro-rata basis.
