An anti-drug abuse campaign trip from Kasaragod to Kanyakumari

Kannur: 5 Pattambi native students on 5 bicycles. A trip titled K2K, aka Kasaragod to Kanyakumari. They plan to create awareness against the use of drugs with this trip.

Engineering students and Pattambi natives C Shahabaz, PP Sabab, UG students E Nuvais, PP Azad and VK Salman started on their trip on Wednesday morning from Kasaragod.

On the way, they visited the Bekal Fort and few beaches. On Thursday morning by 10 am they arrived at Kannur. After visiting Payyambalam, they took off to Thalasserry.

They aim to complete the trip in 15 days.

As we plan to take shelter in tents, friends and family houses, the expenses per head would amount to only Rs 3500. Also, the riders club would help us, they said.

All 5 of them are members of Pattambi riders club.
