Kozhikode: The AWS User Group Calicut, a collective of Amazon Web Services developers, solution architects, dev ops engineers and customers, was launched on March 27 at Uralungal Cyber Park in Kozhikode.
The event featured training and group discussions with AWS and IT experts from various companies. The initiative was jointly organised by Rybbon (A Blackhawk Network Business) and UL Cyber Park, Calicut, with the inaugural address delivered by Rajeev Veettil, Sr. Director of Engineering at Rybbon.
Aparajithan Vaidyanathan, Gaurav Gupta, Praveesh V, Dijeesh Padinjarethil, Vishnu KS, Muhammad Faisal, Vijay Sai, Anoop, Amal Mathew and Srirag Mohan spoke about the potential of AWS and its microservices. The program was attended by around 200 IT professionals from various companies.
