National Nutrition Week is observed from September 1 to 7. The significance of this week is to spread awareness regarding the importance of including nutritious food into our diet. Even if we improve our lifestyle to premium or standard style by using branded and standard clothing, accessories and so on, we stick on to the cheap, easily available and unhealthy food routines.
The immunity of everyone's body has been affected due to the pandemic situation. The third wave is on the doorstep, so to battle the upcoming crises, the immunity of the body has to be strengthened. Our immunity can be boosted to a greater level by following some simple tips.
1. Drink a lot of water
By drinking a lot of water, the metabolism of our body gets improved and all the functioning get regulated. To an extent, water can dispel toxic substances from our bodies.
