- Dough for Dosa
- Carrots, cabbage, tomatoes, boiled green peas - a cup
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - as needed
Pour a little dough on the pan and sprinkle the chopped vegetables on top. Cover the lid and cook. Apply ghee all around and sprinkle a little pepper powder and salt. The uthappam is ready.
