Let’s make an easy-to-cook special chicken dish to take a bite along with a sip of hot tea.
Ingredients
- Boiled chicken - ½ kg
- Boiled potato - 1
- Beaten egg - 1
- Maida flour - 2 tablespoon
- Corn flour - 1 tablespoon
- Bread crumbs- 1 cup
- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
- Chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
- Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
- Pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - As needed
- Chopped green chilli - 2
- Chopped coriander leaves - 2 tablespoon
- Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
- Oil - As needed
Take the finely chopped boiled chicken in a bowl, add all the masala powders, lemon juice, coriander leaves, green chilli and boiled potato to it. Mix it thoroughly.
Meanwhile, mix the bread crumbs, corn flour, maida, salt and pepper powder together in another bowl.
Now, take the chicken mixture and roll it into small balls. Take the balls and dip it in the beaten egg and the bread crumbs.
Afterwards, place a pan on the stove, pour some oil and heat it properly. Then, fry the rolls in the oil till it turns golden brown in colour.
Your crispy chicken ball is ready to eat!
