Let’s try out a simple yet tasty mushroom dish that your kids would definitely love.
Ingredients
- Noodles - 200 g
- Mushroom - 400g
- Chopped ginger - ½ teaspoon
- Green chilli - 1 teaspoon
- Chopped garlic - ½ tablespoon
- Pepper - ½ teaspoon
- Spring onion - ½ cup
- Oil - 2.5 tablespoon
- Soya sauce -1 teaspoon
- Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - As needed
Take the noodles in a bowl, add water and boil it well. Heat a pan, add some oil, ginger, garlic, green chilli, and mix it well. Add some more chilli if required. Now, add spring onion to the pan and mix again. Later, add the finely chopped mushroom to the mixture.
Cook it in medium flame till the water evaporates completely. Once the mushroom turns brown in colour, add some powdered pepper and soya sauce to it.
Now, add the cooked noodles to it. Add salt as required along with some vinegar. Mix and cook well.
Your tasty mushroom noodles are ready to serve!
