Let’s prepare a yummy vanilla cake using very few ingredients.
- Maida - one cup
- Baking powder - one teaspoon
- Caster sugar - quarter cup
- Butter - quarter cup
- Milk - one cup
- Vanilla essence - one teaspoon
- Vinegar - one teaspoon
Take maida flour in a bowl and filter it well. Take another bowl, add caster sugar and butter to it. Mix it well. Add maida and half cup milk to this and mix it well.
Now, add vanilla essence, rest of the milk and vinegar to the batter and mix it again. Pour the batter into another bowl and bake it at 180 degree Celsius for 20 minutes.
Our tasty vanilla cake is ready to serve!
