For a healthy diet, everyone can consume different types of salads. Here is a special salad recipe using bell pepper. Grilled bell pepper salad is healthy and tasty.
Ingredients:
Green bell pepper - 2
Red bell pepper - 2
Yellow bell pepper - 2
Parsley - accordingly
Salt - accordingly
Pepper powder - accordingly
Vinaigrette - 20 millilitre
Preparation:
Chop all types of bell peppers into small pieces and roast them in oven. Then take it into a bowl and add salt and pepper powder. Once it cools, add vinaigrette and garnish with parsley leaves. Grilled bell pepper salad is ready.
