Are you bored of eating chapati and rice daily? Then try out a variety dish made out of butter, garlic and some chilli flakes.
- Wheat flour - ½ cup
- Butter - 1 teaspoon
- Grated garlic - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - as needed
- Chilli flakes - 1 teaspoon
- Coriander leaves - as needed
- Water - 1 cup
- Green chilli - ½ teaspoon
Take a bowl and add butter, grated garlic, chilli flakes and finely chopped coriander leaves. Make sure that the butter should be stored at room temperature. Mix all ingredients well, Take another bowl and add wheat flour and salt. Add little water to this and make it a thick batter. Then add the mixture of butter and other ingredients to it and mix thoroughly.
Now, heat a non-stick pan, scoop out the batter and spread it in the shape of a paratha. Flip and cook both sides. Your chilli garlic paratha is ready to serve.
