Thiruvananthapuram: Writer and journalist T B Lal has been selected for this year’s Lalithambika Antharjanam Literary Award instituted by Sahithi literary forum.
The collection of stories titled ‘T B Lalinte Kathakal’ was selected for the award. The award includes a purse of Rs 44,444. Award winner T B Lal is the senior reporter of Malayala Manorama daily in Pathanamthitta.
Sahithi instituted the award in connection with the 44th anniversary of releasing the book ‘Agnisakshi’ penned by Lalithambika Antharjanam, said chairman V C Kabeer and general secretary Binni Sahithi.
