Mathrubhumi weekly will soon start publishing the latest novel penned by T D Ramakrishnan, one of the most popular writers in Malayalam. The novel titled as 'Pacha Manja Chuvappu' is written on the backdrop of railway.

Author of popular novels like 'Francis Itty Cora', 'Sugandhi Enna Andal Devanayaki', 'Alpha' and 'Mama Africa', T D Ramakrishnan has won many honours including Vayalar Award, Kerala Sahitya Akademi Award and Malayattoor Award.

Earlier, T D Ramakrishnan had revealed to mathrubhumi.com that he would be writing his new novel based on his 35 years long career in the Indian Railways.

T D Ramakrishnan joined Railways in 1981 as a ticket collector and retired as Southern Railway Chief Controller in 2016 in order to be active in literature.
