MT Vasudevan Nair launches official website of Mathrubhumi Festival of Letters


The Mathrubhumi Festival of Letters will be held from February 2 to 5, 2023 at Kanakakunnu Palace in Thiruvananthapuram. The major theme of the festival will be ‘In the shadow of history and light of the future’.

Kozhikode: The official website of the fourth edition of Mathrubhumi International Festival of Letters (MBIFL 2023) was launched by noted writer and director MT Vasudevan Nair at his residence ‘Sithara’ here on Saturday.

Mathrubhumi Managing Director and MBIFL Chairman MV Shreyams Kumar, Mathrubhumi Chairman and Managing Editor PV Chandran, MBIFL Directors Mayura Shreyams Kumar and Devika Shreyams Kumar, Mathrubhumi Senior Executive Editor V Raveendranath, Periodicals and Digital Executive Editor OR Ramachandran and Festival Chief Coordinator KR Pramod attended the ceremony.

The festival will be held from February 2 to 5, 2023 at Kanakakunnu Palace in Thiruvananthapuram. The major theme of the festival will be 'Shadows of history, Lights of the future’.

Nobel laureate Abdulrazakh Gurnah and Booker Prize winner Shehan Karunatilaka among others will attend the festival, which is regarded as the largest meeting point of letters and ideas in Kerala.
