Mammootty giving the first copy of Fathi Saleem's book to Ramesh Pisharody
Kottayam: Actor Mammootty released Fathi Saleem’s ‘Dechomayum Maheyile Pennungalum’, published by Mathrubhumi Books. Actor and comedian Ramesh Pisharody received the first copy of the book from Mammootty.
Through her first novel, Fathi Saleem is unveiling the stories of several women using the Mahe dialect.
The introduction to the book has been written by poet and lyricist Kaithapram Damodaran Namboothiri. Dr PB Salim, Secretary in charge of Monitoring and Coordination in West Bengal Chief Minister’s Office was also present at the event held at Ramapuram.
