Joy Mathew releases wildlife photographer NA Naseer's latest book

Actor-writer Joy Mathew released the latest book 'Malamuzhakki' penned by wildlife photographer NA Naseer. The book was released through the Facebook page of Mathrubhumi considering the COVID crisis. The book is published by Mathrubhumi Books.

While releasing the book, Joy Mathew opined that N A Naseer is the ambassador of the forests in Kerala. Naseer has keenly observed the forests, wild animals and the biodiversity in Kerala and has written about them in a beautiful language, Joy Mathew said.

His style of writing portrays the visuals in the forest like the scenes of a movie. The book is a must-read for the new generation, Joy Mathew said.

N A Naseer has been travelling through the Western Ghats for about 35 years and is active in nature conservation activities and wildlife photography. He keeps publishing articles and photos in the leading magazines in Malayalam and English. His other noted works are 'Kadine Chennu Thodumbol', 'Kadum Camerayum' and 'Vranam Pootha Chantham'.

Naseer is a recipient of many honours including KR Devanand Memorial Award in 2013 for his contributions in environment conservation and Excellency in Photography Award instituted by All Kerala Photographers Association in 2011 for popularizing wildlife photography and nature conservation.
