Thiruvananthapuram: Mathrubhumi has released its Malayalam Yearbook, a 900-page work covering in-depth articles on 75 years of Independence and the next 25 years of India. It also contains articles on vivid topics specific to Kerala.
The Yearbook was released by former vice-chancellor of Central University of Kerala G Gopakumar in the event held at Mathrubhumi office here on Monday. The first copy was received by MG College MA students Revathy Dinesh and Vinayak Prasad. The event was attended by news editor P Anilkumar and unit manager Anjali Rajan.
Apart from people with interest in history, the book will benefit individuals preparing for competitive exams as it can be a comprehensive resource point.
The Yearbook has been priced at Rs 250. Free one-year access to Yearbook website is also given as a complement.
The book will be available in all major book stalls and also online.
