Won’t let bogus voters get away; will approach SC, if necessary: Teeka Ram Meena
Thiruvananthapuram: State Chief Electoral Officer Teeka Ram Meena made it clear that he would not let go of the bogus voters in Kannur.
Teeka Ram Meena said that the Election Commission has reports without any loopholes and he would not hesitate even to approach the Supreme Court if necessary. He added that the issues are not child’s play. He was speaking at the talk show ‘Chodyam Utharam’ in Mathrubhumi News.
‘I do not work for any party. The LDF leaders are aware of it. I am an officer who works under the Election Commission which is why I work impartially. In case of any legal action is taken against me, I will deal with it legally,’ Teeka Ram Meena said in response to the questions on CPM state secretary Kodiyeri Balakrishnan’s allegations against him.
