Unexpected loss, will evaluate reasons: Chief minister
Chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan said that the failure of Left front in the LS polls in Kerala was unexpected. The chief minister responded to the loss through an official statement. He clarified that he will evaluate the reasons which lead to it.
The sentiments against the party which rules the centre is usually reflected in the LS polls in Kerala. On this basis, people in Kerala have also made their decisions against the party. Such reaction was also made against Congress in the LS polls in Kerala.
A strong antagonism against BJP government was evident throughout the election in Kerala. LDF campaigns and interventions had created such a reaction among the people. People voted out BJP in Kerala as a result of this. This LS polls witnessed the people’s rage against BJP turning in favour of Congress, the CM said and added that they will proceed after evaluating the reasons behind this. He added that he will also find out the reasons behind how the discontent against BJP transformed in favour of Congress.
