If found guilty, I will end my political career: Sreedharan Pillai
Kozhikode: BJP state president PS Sreedharan Pillai alleged that the government has charged a fake case on him claiming he instigated religious hatred.
“If found guilty I will end my political life. But, if it is found I am not guilty, complainant former CPM MLA AV Sivankutty has to end political life. Will CPM seek pardon from the public?” Sreedharan Pillai said at the Mukhamukham programme at the press club.
“I said no toward to incite religious hatred. I only said those part of the inquest procedures. Clothes of the deceased are removed to complete the inquest procedures. After that the persons can be identified. When speaking about terrorists, saying it is on Muslims and for inciting religious hatred is to insult public representatives. As a lawyer, I am sure that the case not exist,” he said.
Officials – Left Front conspiracy exists behind the case. A have already faced two fake cases after becoming the state chief. These cases actually helped BJP, so is Sabarimala issue in the election campaign. I am extremely happy for the chances created for BJP,” Pillai added.
