CPM should disown party villages: Sreedharan Pillai
Thiruvananthapuram: BJP state president P. S. Sreedharan Pillai said it is clear that bogus voting was done widely during the Lok Sabha elections. He also demanded that CPM should disown the undemocratic party village systems in this context.
There are many party villages in Kerala where party constitution is valued more than Indian Constitution. CPM should disown party villages. In party villages, agents of other parties are not allowed to be present during elections, Sreedharan Pillai said.
The state government and the Election Commission should conduct a detailed probe into bogus voting issue and take action against the guilty. This is for the first time such clear evidence is received in bogus voting issue, he stated.
Both CPM and CPI are on the verge of collapse. BJP believes in democracy and wishes that there should be an opposition. CPM is continuing as a national party in the mercy of BJP and Vajpayee, he added.
The blind hatred for BJP destroyed CPM. This time they will have to face the worst failure in history, Sreedharan Pillai said. He also alleged in the press conference that fake cases are charged against him.
