Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, has commenced the activities related to the third phase allotment to MBBS/BDS courses, Kerala for 2023 at www.cee.kerala.gov.in.
Those Candidates who want their higher order options in MBBS/BDS courses to be considered in the third phase of allotment, should log into their home page at www.cee.kerala.gov.in and confirm their options by clicking the ‘confirm’ button available there.
Online option confirmation is mandatory for those who have got admission and those who have no allotment as per the previous phase allotments, to consider them in the third phase allotment. If the candidate does not confirm his/her options the existing admission if any as per the second phase allotment shall be retained.
After Online Option confirmation, candidates can re-arrange their higher order options/ delete the unwanted options or add newly added courses, if any, from 07.09.2023 to 3 pm on 11.09.2023, through the website.
Allotment to MBBS seats in Karuna Medical College, Palakkad will also be done in this phase. The Govt. Order in this regard is given in the website.
Based on options received up to 3 pm on 11.09.2023 the third phase provisional allotment to MBBS/BDS courses will be published in the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in on 13.9.2023 and the final third allotment on 14.09.2023.
Those who receive allotment in this phase should take a printout of their allotment memo and remit the fee/balance fee (if applicable) payable to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations by way of online payment or through any of the Head Post Offices in Kerala. The list of Post Offices having facility for fee payment is available in the website.
After remitting the fee/balance fee (if applicable), the candidates should join the course/college allotted during the period from 16.09.2023 to 4 pm on 20.09.2023.
College authorities shall approve and submit the list of admitted candidates through OAMS by 5 pm on 20.9.2023.
If NMC/MCC issues directives that the Third Round All India Quota allotted/admitted candidates become ineligible for Third Round State Quota counselling and if the list of such candidates is shared by the NMC/MCC, the options of such candidates will not be considered for third round allotment in the State. In such case, they will become ineligible for participating in the third round 3.
Those candidates who wish to vacate the seats joined through Phase I & Phase II can exit the seat forfeiting the Option Registration fees latest by 11 am on 11.09.2023. But such candidates will not be considered for further rounds of Centralised Allotment Process except in Stray vacancy allotment.
Vacancy in MBBS/BDS course if any that exists after the third-round allotment will be filled up through Stray Vacancy Allotment. Option Registration for Stray Vacancy for MBBS/BDS starts on 23.09.2023. The details of Stray Vacancy Allotment will be published later.
