In addition to the general conditions under which a candidate is not allowed to participate in the stray vacancy filling allotments, the condition that any candidate who take admission through the allotment list (List-1 of the lists for Stray Vacancy Filling) is also not allowed to change the allotment afterwards, is also applicable as far as eligibility for allotment under this clause is concerned.
