Kerala SSLC results to be declared on May 19: Minister Sivankutty

Thiruvananthapuram: Kerala Education Minister V Sivankutty announced that SSLC results will be published at 3 pm on Friday (May 19, 2023).

Earlier, the government had scheduled to release SSLC results on May 20 and Higher Secondary on May 25. A total of 4,19,554 students appeared for the SSLC exam.

V Sivankutty said that grace marks will be given for students this year as it was withheld due to Covid-19.

The Education Minister also directed the concerned officials to set up all necessary facilities before May 27, ahead of the start of the new academic year next month.

The state-level school reopening festival, ‘Praveshanolsavam’ will be inaugurated by Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan at Malayinkeezhu UP School, Thiruvananthapuram. Around 47 lakh students will join public schools this year.
