Thiruvananthapuram: Kerala Education Minister V Sivankutty informed that students will be given another chance to submit their applications for Plus One admission. Students can apply for the supplementary allotment following the third allotment of the current admission procedures.
Candidates, whose applications were not considered due to errors in the uploaded data, and those who did not give final confirmation for the allotment can apply for the supplementary phase. The students, who could not obtain admission in all three allotments, can also apply fresh for the supplementary allotment.
The director of General Education Department informed that the notification for the supplementary allotment will be released through the website only after completing the procedures of the third allotment.
The students have to avail admissions as per the second allotment before 5 pm on Wednesday. The candidates, who obtain admission for their first option in the merit quota should join the allotted schools by paying the fee. They have to pay only the fee mentioned in the allotment letter.
The candidates, who secured allotment in the lower options, should join permanently or temporarily in the respective schools. Otherwise, they will not be eligible to apply through supplementary allotment.
