Kozhikode: The teacher, Nishad V Muhammad of Govt HSS Neeleswaram in Kozhikode, who was suspended for writing the exam for students in the HSE examination, said that he impersonated and wrote the exam to help students who are weak in studies.
However, one of the student, whose paper was written by Nishad said that he didn’t even know about the incident.
“I didn’t know that my paper was exchanged. I came to know of the incident only when some mediapersons told me. The principal called me and said that my results were withheld because of some confusion in my register number and the results will come within two days. But it never came. Then mediapersons told me that my paper was written by a teacher,” the student said.
He also said that he never met Nishad on the day of the exam.
Meanwhile, other teachers at the school said that they were unaware of the incident and came to know about it only when the teachers were summoned by the secretary of examination board returned.
