PG Medical: Second Allotment May 19
Thiruvanathapuram: The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations will publish the result of second phase of allotment for admission to Post Graduate Medical Degree/Diploma Courses for the year 2017. Options can be submitted till 17 May 2017. Private Self Financing Medical Colleges and Deemed University have been included in this phase, for allotment.
The facility for online option confirmation/deletion/rearrangement/filing of fresh options will be available on the Website www.cee.kerala.gov.in till 17.05.2017, 3 pm.
Candidates who have already submitted online options and who want to participate in this phase of allotment must compulsorily confirm their existing options by clicking the ‘Confirm’ button available in his/her home page. After online option confirmation, such candidates can delete the unwanted higher options and can re-arrange their existing higher options. In addition, all the eligible candidates can register fresh options to the newly included Private Self Financing Medical colleges and Deemed University.
The candidates who are eligible to apply for Christian community quota in Self Financing Medical Colleges under Kerala Christian Professional College Management Federation should opt for the same and submit their options through ‘P G Medical 2017 Candidate Portal’ in the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in. Candidates applying under Christian Community Quota as above should obtain a certificate to that extent (in the downloaded proforma) from the authority concerned and upload it by clicking the Menu Item ‘Upload’ available in the home page. The candidates applying under NRI Quota in Self Financing Medical Colleges and Deemed University shall have to opt for the same and upload the documents in proof of NRI Quota claim through the website.
Those candidates, who get allotment in Self Financing Medical Colleges and Deemed University in the NRI and Community Quota seats, must produce the originals of the uploaded documents and other certificates for verification in the counselling to be held on 22.05.2017 at Thirivananthapuram. It is mandatory that the candidates must present with all the relevant documents at the time of certificate verification. The venue and time of certificate verification will be informed in due course.
Candidates allotted to the courses, and who remit the fee/balance fee as prescribed, should take admission in the college/course allotted as per the schedule prescribed by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations. Candidates who do not remit the prescribed fees/take admission within the stipulated time will lose their allotment as well as the claims for further allotments, if any. The allotment to Colleges / Courses will be subject to recognition of All India Regulatory Bodies / Affiliation from the Universities.
