Thiruvananthapuram: Putting an end to the confusions, Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan on Monday confirmed that the remaining SSLC, Plus One and Plus Two exams in the state will be conducted between May 26 and May 30, as scheduled earlier. The exams will take place without any kind of changes in the earlier announced schedule.
Chief Minister also said that transportation facilities for students including school buses will be arranged for them to appear for the exams.
Meanwhile, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) announced the date sheet for the pending class 10 and 12 board exams, which will now be held from July 1-15.
The exams were postponed due to the nationwide lockdown imposed on March 25 to contain the spread of COVID-19.
The class 10 board exams are pending only in the North East Delhi.
Earlier, in an advisory issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs the central government had banned reopening of educational institutions and all academic activities except online classes and distant learning.
