JEE (Advanced) overall cut-off for CRL reduced to 90 marks
As per the extended rank list for JEE (Advanced) released by the JEE Board, the revised cut-offs for the minimum overall qualifying marks for inclusion in Common Rank List (CRL) has been brought down to 90 marks out of 360 (25%). In the original list, this cut-off was 126 (35%). However, the minimum cut-off mark for each of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics has been retained at 12 (10%). Accordingly, an additional 8954 candidates have qualified to be included in the JEE (Advanced) Extended Rank list, taking the total qualified candidates in CRL to 17748, from the earlier qualified 8794 candidates.
For inclusion in OBC NCL Rank list, the overall cut-off has been reduced to 81 marks (22.5%). The subject wise cut-off has been retained as 11 (9%). The number of qualified candidates as per extended list is 3824 which takes the total number of qualified candidates in this category to 6964 including the 3140 candidates qualified earlier.
For SC/ST/PWD categories, the minimum overall cut-off for extended rank list is 45 marks out of 360 (12.5 %), with subject-wise cut-off of 6 marks (5%). In SC category, the number qualified in the extended list is 771 and in the first list is 4709 taking the total to 5480.
