Candidates, who have qualified in the Joint Entrance Examination (Advanced) 2019, interested in the Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) admissions at Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), Kharagpur and Roorkee, may register for the Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT), latest by 5 pm on June 15, 2019 at https://cportal.jeeadv.ac.in/
Those desirous of admission to the B. Arch. (Architecture) program at the IITs will have to pass in the Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT).
The result of JEE (Advanced) 2019 were announced at 10 am on June 14, 2019 and is available at https://jeeadv.ac.in/. Only those candidates who have qualified in JEE (Advanced) 2019 are eligible to appear in AAT 2019.
Architecture Aptitude Test will be held from 9 am to 12 noon on June 17, 2019 (Monday) at the IITs at Bombay, Delhi, Guwahati, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Hyderabad and Roorkee. The test will consist of one paper of three hours duration with the question paper only in English language. No separate admit card will be issued for AAT. The original admit card of JEE (Advanced) 2019 should be produced in the AAT examination hall. Candidates should bring their own drawing and colouring aids.
AAT Results will be declared on Friday, June 21, 2019. The Joint Implementation Committee of JEE (Advanced) 2019 will decide the cut-off marks for passing AAT. Those securing marks above the cut-off will be declared pass in the test. There is no separate ranking in the AAT. There is no separate cut-off for students of any category. Allotment of seat will be solely based on the category-wise All India Rank in the JEE (Advanced) 2019.
