HC reprimands entrance commissioner, govt
Kochi: The Kerala High Court on Tuesday rebuked the state government and Commissioner for Entrance Examinations during the hearing of a plea related to the admission to self-financing medical colleges.
Stating that the government has become a puppet in the hands of managements, the court observed that efforts are being made by the government to help them.
Attempts are also being made to tweak the judgments issued by the court. Those making such moves have to face contempt of court action, it said.
