Suhena Moidheen, a student of Rajagiri College of Management and a Panyikulam native, has been allowed by the court to write the exam in quarantine.
She was denied permission to write the exam on March 17 as she was placed in quarantine. She then filed a plea at the high court seeking permission based on a government order that had asked authorities to arrange facilities for students in quarantine for attending exams.
Court directed the college authority to allow the student to write exam if she produced a medical certificate stating that she was not suffering from COVID-19. Then quarantine facilities should be arranged.
