Ayurveda Allotment Published
Kochi: The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations has today published the centralized allotment to Ayurveda, Homoeo and Medical Allied Courses (Agriculture, Forestry, Veterinary & Fisheries) -2016 on the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in . Those students who had confirmed their options online within the stipulated time alone are considered for this phase of allotment.
Those candidates who receive an allotment afresh should remit the fees to be paid to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations as specified in the allotment memo at any of the designated branches of State Bank of Travancore or by way of online payment on any date from 18.10.2016 to 20.10.2016 and should join the course/college allotted before 5 pm on 20.10.2016.
The candidates who get a change in allotment than that of the previous allotment should pay the balance fee, if applicable, in a designated branch of SBT or by way of online payment on any date from 18.10.2016 to 20.10.2016 and should join the course/college allotted as per the allotment memo before 5 pm on 20.10.2016.
The details of allotment of a candidate such as Name, Roll Number, Allotted Course, Allotted College, Category of Allotment, Fee details etc. will be available on the home page of the candidate. The candidates should take a printout of the allotment memo and produce it before the authorities of State Bank of Travancore (SBT) for payment of fee/balance fee. The list of designated branches of SBT is available on the website. The fee/balance fee can be paid by way of online payment also.
Those candidates who do not remit the fee/balance fee within the stipulated time and who do not join the course/college allotted within the stipulated time will lose their allotment and also their existing higher options. They will not be considered for further online allotments for the existing options.
Candidates admitted in MBBS/BDS courses in Govt./ Govt. Controlled/ Private Self Financing Colleges OR candidates admitted in Govt./Aided/Govt. Controlled Self Financing Engineering Colleges can accept the new allotment to Medical & Allied Courses only after paying the liquidated damages.
Candidates admitted in Private Self Financing Engineering Colleges under Kerala Catholic Engineering College Managements Association can accept the new allotment to Medical & Allied Courses subject to the conditions in GO(Ms) No.252/2014/H.Edn.Dated: 07.06.2014.
While issuing Transfer Certificate and other documents to the candidates admitted in other Private Self Financing Engineering/Architecture colleges consequent to the allotment through KEAM 2016, liquidated damages shall not be collected. But the fees remitted for the year need not be refunded.
It must be noted that the allotments to the courses/colleges which have not furnished the necessary approval orders from the Central Regulatory Bodies, Affiliation orders from the Universities and necessary orders form the State Government have been withheld in this phase of allotment.
