The activities related to the first phase of Centralised Allotment Process to Medical (Except MBBS/BDS), Medical Allied and Pharmacy courses, Kerala for 2023-24 has commenced at www.cee.kerala.gov.in.
Courses to which options have been invited include BAMS, BSMS, BHMS, BUMS, BSc.(Hons.) Agri.; BSc.(Hons.) Forestry; BSc.(Hons.) Co-Operation & Banking; BSc.(Hons. Climate Change & Environmental Science; B.Tech. Biotechnology; BVSc. & AH; BFSc. and B.Pharm.
Those included in the Ayurveda and Medical rank lists published by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations and who are eligible for such courses as per NEET UG 2023 Information Bulletin can register options to Ayurveda, Medical/Medical Allied courses respectively and those candidates who are included in the Pharmacy rank list published by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations can register options to the Pharmacy course through the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in till 3 pm on 11.09.2023.
Candidates whose results in the respective rank lists have been withheld due to various reasons can also register their online options for allotment. But the options submitted by such candidates will not be considered for allotment unless they produce the required documents to clear the defects and release their ranks, before 11 am om 12.09.2023.
Based on the options received, provisional allotment list will be published on 13.09.2023. First Phase Final Allotment will be published on 14.09.2023.
Allotment to 15% All India Quota Seats in Self Financing Ayurveda/Siddha/Unani colleges will also be conducted by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations. The allotment to such seats will be conducted based on the options registered in this phase and as per the State Rank list for respective courses without considering domicile.
Those getting allotment must join the colleges concerned between 16.09.2023 and 4 pm on 20.09.2023.
Candidates who get allotment should remit the fee shown in the Allotment Memo at the colleges concerned before joining. College authorities shall approve and submit the list of admitted candidates through OAMS by 5 pm on 20.09.2023.
Option Registration Fee: Those candidates who wish to register options will have to remit registration fee of Rs.5,000/- to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, except for those who have remitted option registration fee for MBBS/ BDS. The registration fee will be adjusted in the tuition fee of those candidates who take admission consequent on allotments. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OEC category and other categories mentioned in the detailed notification will have to remit Rs.500/- as Registration Fee. The Registration Fee of such candidates who take admission in the allotted college/course will be adjusted in the caution deposit. The registration fee of those candidates who do not get allotment will be refunded. Bank account details shall have to be provided by the candidates for facilitating refund, if any. Registration Fees can be remitted at any of the Head Post Offices in Kerala or by way of online payment. The list of Post Offices is available in the website.
