Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Housing Board Buildings, Santhi Nagar, Thiruvananthapuram-695001 has invited applications for the Kerala Management Aptitude Test (Second Session of KMAT-2023), the Computer-Based Entrance Examination for admission to the MBA Course.

Eligibility: Indians and Non-Indians are eligible to apply. But only Keralite candidates are eligible for all types of reservations or fee concessions. There is no age restrictions.

Applicant should have completed a Bachelors Degree of minimum three years duration in any of Arts, Science Engineering, Commerce, Management streams or equivalent. Those who are appearing for the final year qualifying examinations are also eligible to apply, provided their results are declared before the commencement of the admission process for the KMAT 2023.

Applicant should have attained the minimum marks stipulated for admission to the MBA course by the respective universities to which they wish to apply.

Examination structure: Entrance Examination will be will be conducted at centers across all districts in Kerala on 02.07.2023 (Sunday). It will be of 3 hours duration and will consist of 180 Objective Type questions of four marks each from (i) English Language Usage and Reading Comprehension (50 Questions) (ii) Quantitative Aptitude (50) (iii) Data sufficiency and Logical Reasoning (40) (iv) General Knowledge and current affairs (40). For every wrong answer one mark will be deducted. Detailed time schedule and other instructions regarding the examination will be notified later.

Qualifying Marks: General category/SEBC candidates must secure minimum of 10% of the total 720 marks (72 marks) and SC/ST/PD category candidates, minimum of 7.5% of the total marks (54 marks) to qualify in KMAT and become eligible for admission to MBA Course in various Universities/Departments and affiliated management colleges, including autonomous management colleges in Kerala.

Application: Application can be submitted online at www.cee.kerala.gov.in till 4 pm on 12.06.2023. Application fee is Rs.1,000- (Rs.750/- for SC/ST candidates). Application fee can be remitted online using Internet Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card or by way of e-challan that will be available while applying online for the entrance examination.

After remitting the fee the candidate must upload a recent passport size colour photograph and signature to the online application. After completing the application submission procedure, candidates can download the Application Acknowledgement Page and keep a copy of it for future reference.

Admit Cards: Admit Card can be downloaded from www.cee.kerala.gov.in on the date to be announced by CEE.

The selection and admission to the MBA course are subject to the fulfilment of the admission criteria, eligibility, and such other criteria as may be prescribed by the government, universities, and institutions.
