Thiruvananthapuram: Minister for General Education V Sivankutty declared the government’s decision to reintroduce grace marks for students who secured remarkable achievements in extra curricular activities.

The state government will revise the previous grace mark system and resolve the disparities, said the minister. He was addressing a programme ‘Mahitham’, organised by the National Service Scheme (NSS) of the Vocational Higher Secondary department.

The regular practice of awarding grace marks was disbanded on account of the suspension of extra curricular activities during the previous academic year owing to Covid 19.
