Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Housing Board Buildings, Santhi Nagar, Thiruvananthapuram-695001 has provided an opportunity to applicants of Kerala Engineering/ Architecture/Pharmacy/ Medical & Medical Allied Courses (KEAM- 2023) to verify data related to certain fields and to rectify defects if any in them.
Applicants can verify their photo, signature, name and Class 10 certificate which were submitted by them along with the online application to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations.
Candidates can login through the link ‘KEAM-2023 Candidate Portal’ provided at www.cee.kerala.gov.in by entering their Application Number and Password. Candidates who have difference in their Name, Photo and Signature shown in the profile page with their actual name, photo, signature can inform the matter to the CEE through e-mail (ceekinfo.cee@kerala.gov.in) before 3 pm on 02.05.2023.
Procedure to Rectify the Defects: Candidates can view the defects, if any, in the photo, signature, name and Class 10th certificate uploaded to the online application by clicking the menu item ‘Memo details’ provided in the profile page. Candidates can rectify the defects in their Photo, Signature and class 10th Certificate by uploading the correct Photo/Signature/class 10th certificate as the case may be, before 3 pm on 02.05.2023. Documents received by post/by hand/email will not be considered under any circumstances.
Admit cards for candidates who have applied for Engineering/Pharmacy Entrance Examinations will be made available on the website later. Admit cards for Engineering/Pharmacy Entrance Examinations will not be issued to those candidates who have not rectified the defects in their Photo/Signature /10th certificate within the stipulated time.
Details regarding the documents uploaded by the candidates to prove nativity, various reservations will be made available in the ‘candidate portal’ for verification after scrutiny. Defects, if any, in these documents will be intimated through the ‘Candidate Portal’ in due course, and the defects can be rectified thereafter. Details in this regard will be notified later.
