KEAM 2022: Round 2 allotment published; joining between October 6-11

Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Housing Board Buildings, Santhi Nagar, Thiruvananthapuram-695001, has announced the results of the second phase allotment to Engineering and Architecture Courses-2022 at www.cee.kerala.gov.in.

The details of allotment such as Name, Roll Number, Allotted Course, Allotted College, Category of Allotment, Fee details etc. will be available on the home page of the candidate at www.cee.kerala.gov.in as well as in the Allotment Memo.

Those who have an allotment should take a printout of Allotment Memo from the Home page. The Allotment Memo available in this phase will not be available later. Hence, candidate should keep copy of the Allotment Memo for future reference.

Candidates who have an allotment can download the ‘Data Sheet’ containing the basic details of the candidates by clicking the menu item ‘Data Sheet’ available in the home page.

The printout of Allotment Memo and Data Sheet along with the documents prescribed (as applicable) in clause 11.7.1 of the Prospectus are to be produced before the college authorities at the time of admission.

Those who have received an allotment afresh and those who got a change in allotment other than that of the first allotment should pay the fee/balance fee (if applicable), to be paid to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, as specified in the Allotment Memo, at any of the Head Post Offices in Kerala or by way of Online Payment by 2 pm on 11.10.2022. The list of Post Offices having facility for fee payment is available in the website.

All those who have an allotment should join the course/college allotted as per the Allotment Memo from 6.10.2022 to 11.10.2022 (excluding religious holidays). The detailed schedule showing the date and time for joining the Engineering and Architecture courses will be published by the Colleges in the website of the college concerned. Candidates who receive an allotment should visit the website of the allotted college in order to have information regarding the date and time of joining. Candidate should join the allotted college as per the schedule prescribed by the college.

Candidates have to remit the balance fees as applicable to the allotted colleges at the time of admission. Those who do not remit the fee/balance fee (if applicable) and who do not join the course/college allotted within the stipulated time will lose their allotment as well as all the existing higher options in the stream to which the allotment belongs.

Third Phase Allotment: Facility for online option confirmation and for rearranging the existing options/deleting the unwanted options/filing of fresh options to the new courses and colleges, if any, will be provided from 6.10.2022 for the third phase of allotment. Detailed Notification in this regard will be issued later. Third phase of allotment will be the last phase of allotment by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations to Self-Financing Engineering colleges.
