Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Kerala, has published the result of the Mop-up allotment for admission to Government Engineering and Architecture Courses 2022 at www.cee.kerala.gov.in.
Those who have got an allotment in this phase should join the colleges concerned on 21.10.2022 or by 5 pm on 22.10.2022.
The details of allotment of a candidate such as Name, Roll Number, Allotted Course, Allotted College, Category of Allotment, Fee details etc. will be available in the home page of the candidate as well as in the Allotment Memo. Candidates should take a printout of the Allotment Memo from the Home Page. The Allotment memo available in this phase will not be available later. Hence, candidates shall have to keep copy of the Allotment Memo for future reference.
Candidates who have an allotment can download the Data Sheet containing the basic details of the candidates by clicking the menu item ‘Data Sheet’ in the home page. The print of Allotment Memo, and Data Sheet along with the documents in Prospectus clause 11.7.1 (as applicable) are to be produced before the college authorities at the time of admission.
Candidates who receive an allotment in this phase should remit the fees to be paid to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (if applicable) as specified in the Allotment Memo at any of the Head Post Offices in Kerala or by way of Online Payment, on 21.10.2022 or by 4 pm on 22.10.2022, and should join the course/college allotted before 5 pm on 22.10.2022. The list of Post Offices having facility for fee payment is available in the website.
Those candidates who do not remit the fee/balance fee (if applicable) and who do not join the course/college allotted within the stipulated time will lose their allotment.
The registration fee of those candidates who do not join the allotted college/course within the stipulated time after getting an allotment and those candidates who quit seats after taking admission through Mop Up allotment will be considered as penalty and will not be refunded.
Candidates should contact the allotted colleges for information regarding joining.
Those candidates, who got admission in Government/Aided colleges through previous allotments and got allotment in the Mop Up phase as per new options, must join the newly allotted colleges. Their admissions received through earlier allotment in Government /Aided colleges have been cancelled.
Seats that remain vacant after 5 pm on 22.10.2022 will be filled up through spot admission by the colleges concerned.
