Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations Kerala, Housing Board Buildings, Santhi Nagar,Thiruvananthapuram-695001 has published the results of the first phase centralised allotment to MBBS/BDS courses to the State quota seats in Government Medical/Dental colleges and Private Self Financing Medical/Dental Colleges in the state of Kerala for the academic year 2022-23 at www.cee.kerala.gov.in.
The allotment has been published on the basis of the options filed by candidates from 19.10.2022 to 10 am on 23.10.2022.
The details of allotment of a candidate such as Name, Roll Number, Allotted Course, Allotted College, Category of Allotment, Fee details etc. will be available on the home page of the candidate as well as in the Allotment Memo. Candidates should take a printout of the allotment memo from the Home Page.
The allotted candidates can download the ‘Data Sheet’ containing the basic details of the candidates from 27.10.2022 by clicking the menu item ‘Data Sheet’ available in the home page of the candidates. The printout of this Data Sheet, allotment memo and the documents as per clause 11.7.1 of Prospectus should be produced before the college authorities at the time of admission.
Candidates who have received an allotment should remit the fees to be paid to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations as specified in the allotment memo through any of the Head Post Offices in Kerala or by way of Online Payment on any date from the evening of 27.10.2022 to 04.11.2022 and should join the course/college allotted from 29.10.2022 to 4 pm on 04.11.2022. The list of Post Offices having facility for fee payment is available in the website.
Candidates allotted under SC/ST/OEC category, Children of Fisherman, and those communities eligible for educational concession as is given to OEC having benefits as per specified Govt Orders, and those candidates from Sreechitra Home, Juvenile Home, Nirbhaya Home, should remit Rs.1000/- as token deposit to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations. However, if they are allotted seats under Minority/NRI quota in Self-financing Medical/Dental colleges they will have to remit the fee shown in the allotment memo and they will not be eligible for any fee concession.
Those who do not join the college allotted within the stipulated time will lose their allotment as well as all the existing higher options in the stream to which the allotment belongs.
As the fee for 2022-23 academic year is not yet fixed for Self Financing Medical/Dental colleges, those candidates who got allotment in Self Financing colleges should provisionally pay the fee fixed for 2021-22 academic year and they have to pay the balance fees in case if the fee to be fixed by the Admission Supervisory Committee/Government/Hon’ble High Court for the academic year 2022-23 is going to be higher than that of 2021-22 for these colleges.
Those NRI, candidates, who have uploaded sworn affidavit from the Sponsor for VISA validity extension as per the directions from Admission Supervisory Committee have to clear the defects on or before the last date fixed by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations for option confirmation for the second phase allotment to MBBS/BDS courses by uploading relevant documents. Those candidates who fail to upload the documents as specified within the time limit fixed by Commissioner for Entrance Examinations will lose their allotment, if any, received under NRI quota in this phase and the Provisional NRI quota claim of the candidate will also stand cancelled. Any allotment received in NRI quota by such candidates in this phase will be treated as provisional.
The schedule of Second Phase Centralised Allotment Process to MBBS/BDS courses will be published later. Facility for online option confirmation and for rearranging the existing options/deleting the unwanted options will be provided before the second phase allotment.
